How to post code images to Twitter
Teach what you learn is a great way to learn things.
When you want to share a beautiful image of some code on Twitter, Carbon is a great way to go.
Carbon is the easiest way to create and share beautiful images of your source code.
I am learning to program iOS apps currently, and tracking my progress on Twitter. I figured out how to loop through all the objects in an array, and then compare their created date to today. I wanted to post an image of the code. So I just copied the bit of code I wanted to share, pasted it into Carbon, and this is the image created for me.
Also, because we can’t copy and paste text from images (yet), it is considered good form to post a text version of the code as well.
GitHub Gists are a great way to go good fellow.
Happy coding, happing learning, and happy sharing.
